SkillForScale provides AI automation systems and related services, including done for you implementations, software based tools, and consulting services. Services may involve artificial intelligence, automated workflows, and integrations with third party platforms.

Services may evolve over time, and SkillForScale reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service.

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Both individuals and businesses may use the services. There are no geographic restrictions unless otherwise stated.

5. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

6. Payments and Billing

Services are offered through monthly subscriptions, setup fees, or a combination of both, depending on the service selected.

A 14 day trial may be offered where applicable. A money back guarantee may apply if services are not delivered to a reasonable standard of quality.

Failure to pay for three consecutive months constitutes grounds for termination of services.

7. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

Illegal activity

Abuse or harassment

Reselling services without written permission

Reverse engineering or attempting to extract system logic

During the initial setup period, users are responsible for verifying AI outputs to ensure systems function as intended.

8. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

AI generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors. SkillForScale does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs.

AI services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI generated outputs and must independently verify results before use.

No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All systems, software, workflows, automations, templates, and underlying logic are owned exclusively by SkillForScale.

Clients retain ownership of their own content, data, prompts, and uploaded materials.

Clients own AI generated outputs created specifically for them. SkillForScale retains ownership of the underlying systems and methodologies used to generate those outputs.

SkillForScale may reuse anonymized data or outputs for internal testing, system improvement, and non identifying case studies.

10. Third Party Services

Services may integrate with third party platforms. SkillForScale is not responsible for third party services, outages, or changes beyond its control.

11. Suspension and Termination

SkillForScale may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for:

Upon termination, data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes and later deleted in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillForScale’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim.

SkillForScale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkillForScale from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your misuse of the services

Your violation of laws or regulations

Your content or actions using AI outputs

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

15. Changes to These Terms

SkillForScale may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
